This powerpoint contains all the infomration about my business including how it started, mission statement, vision statement, advertising and contact.

This is the expenses and income chart from October 2017- September 2018. This shows what the money was spent on and where and peoples orders. The boxes that are highlighted are whether they paid online or in cash so that I can monitor what was done with the money and look at trends to see whether it would have been worth getting a card machine. It also helped me see who had paid because some people would leave it longer to pay.

I decided to make a powerpoint to include all the details of my business as this then allowed me to include pictures and more information. This document includes how the business started, mission and vision statement, contact details and how we advertise. 

Businesses don't want to spend the same on products as customers do because they wouldn't make any money. Therefore, I have trade prices where each item is less than what the customer would pay. I also lower the price for the more that they buy because they can make more profit per product and are more likely to buy more from me and to repeat orders.

These are the sizes and size margins I use to determine the price of the product, these prices were made by working out the cost of the materials, doubling that and then adding on a price for how long it takes me. However, I do make other products which I price as people order, items like dog harnesses are different for every dog, this means that I work out the price depending on how much material I use for that order.  

This shows the different canvases for competitors and my own canvas for my business to see how it compares. It includes information about things like their structure, a summary of what they do and how they market their business.

This is the feedback I received from a work experience placement I did.

I made this to document all of the events and moments that Dolly's has been a part of including shows, fetes, supplying shops and marketing events that I have been involved in since we first started.

I made this when I was looking at changing my logo to see what was common and what I thought suited my business.
